Rules of Play:
License #RAF1297470. Participants will purchase their tickets via e-transfer by sending the amount that corresponds with the ticket pricing listed below ALONG WITH THEIR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. If a participant insist on paying with cash, cash will be accepted at the Community Living South Muskoka head office located at 15 Depot Drive, Bracebridge, ON P1L 0H1. We cannot accept debit or credit card payments.
Ticket buyers will receive successful e-transfer confirmation emails containing the e-transfer confirmation reference number as well as instructions for how to view the draw and how to request a physical printout of their tickets. No ticket numbers will be included in the confirmation email. Ticket buyers may request a physical printout of their tickets to be mailed to them but will otherwise not receive physical tickets.
Prize Value:
The prize value will equal 50% of the funds raised from ticket sales.
Quantity and Price of Fixed Prize Raffle Tickets to Be Sold:
We are not setting a limit as to how many tickets can be sold. Ticket prices will be as follows:
1 ticket = $3
5 tickets = $10
20 tickets = $20
50 tickets = $40
Methods for Determining Winners:
The draw will take place at the CLSM Head office located at 15 Depot Drive, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 0H1. All tickets will printed at the CLSM head office and will be placed into a drum. Our CEO Krista Haiduk-Collier will draw one winning ticket alongside a member of our Board of Directors. A video of the draw will be streamed live on our CLSM Facebook page and posted at www.clsm.on.ca. The winner will be contacted and an e-transfer will be sent from CLSM to the winner containing 50% of the total funds raised.
If a purchase transaction is not completed for any reason, the ticket buyer will be contacted and we will work with them to complete the transaction. If we are still unable to complete the transaction (meaning we did not receive any money), the ticket buyer will not be entered into the draw and will not be participating in the raffle. Once a sales transaction has been completed, we will not be issuing any refunds.
Ticket sales close on May 31, 2021 at 12:00pm and the draw will take place on May 31st at 5:00pm at the CLSM Head office located at 15 Depot Drive, Bracebridge, ON, P1L 0H1. A video of the draw will be streamed live on our CLSM Facebook page and posted at www.clsm.on.ca.
E-Transfers are securely monitored by both CLSM and the Royal Bank of Canada.
Terms & Conditions:

Process for Claiming/Awarding Prize:
Once our raffle has concluded we will connect with the draw winner by email and/or phone to instruct them that we will be e-transferring them their prize money from our lottery account with Royal Bank of Canada.
Process for Unclaimed Prize:
Once our raffle has concluded, if our raffle winnings are not claimed by the holder of the winning ticket, these funds will remain in our lottery account with the Royal Bank of Canada for safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw, or until December 1st, 2024. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
